SHA Analytics, LLC is part of the team selected by the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) to provide Strategic Advising and Program Management Services for the new Transbay Rail Crossing, referred to as the Link21 Program. This four-year contract, with the option for extensions up to 10 years, is a continuation of SHA Analtyics LLC’s work with BART on the Link21 Program, which began in 2019.
The new Transbay rail crossing will provide an additional connection between San Francisco and Oakland. This new crossing is a component of a long-range transportation program sponsored by BART and the Capitol Corridor Joint Powers Authority to transform the passenger rail network serving the 21-county Northern California Megaregion.
Under this contract, SHA Analytics, LLC will assist with strategic advising program management services to provide executive-level personnel with best practices for delivering a megaproject. This work may include program flow analysis, business case development, evaluation of funding opportunities, including revenue-generating opportunities, conducting benefit-cost analyses, providing risk assessment and risk management services, and supporting funding grant applications.
