Memphis Area Transit Authority (MATA) Strategic Advisory Services

SHA Analytics, LLC is part of the team selected by the Memphis Area Transit Authority (MATA) to provide strategic advisory consulting services under a multi-year on-call contract. The scope of work includes support for project evaluation, cost-benefit and financial analysis, risk assessment, and performance-based planning initiatives.

As part of this team, SHA Analytics, LLC may contribute to a range of efforts including capital project prioritization, return-on-investment analysis, and development of financial and risk modeling tools to support MATA’s long-term planning and operational goals.
