The High Desert Multi-Purpose Corridor (HDMPC) Project considered construction of a new 63-mile multi-modal link between SR-14 in Los Angeles County and SR-18 in San Bernardino County to accommodate projected growth in the area and to relieve existing congestion on east/west corridors such as I-210, SR-60 and SR-138. Working as part of LACMTA's financial advisory team for the project, SHA Analytics, LLC developed a realistic financial strategy for the development of this project accounting for the project’s cost, potential funding and revenue sources, and private equity participation.
