SHA Analytics, LLC was founded in 2014 by Sara Amiri, PhD, an applied economist with a background in civil engineering. We are certified SBE and WBE firm serving infrastructure clients in the local and national markets. We specialize in the development and application of analytical methods to provide strategic decision support for infrastructure projects, programs, and policies from the evaluation and planning stages to design, implementation and operation by accounting for uncertainty and risks.
