SHA Analytics, LLC has been selected by LA Sanitation (LASAN) to assist in the development of a financial plan for City’s long-term Solid Waste Integrated Resources Plan (SWIRP), most commonly referred to as the City's Zero Waste Plan. SHA Analytics, LLC will work with the City's Financial Management Division and planning staff to develop a financial plan and implementation strategy for the various planned solid waste programs, policies and environmental infrastructure through 2030.
