SHA Analytics, LLC is part of the Financial Advisory Consultant team LA Metro selected to support the development of the Sepulveda Transit Corridor Project, which is being advanced through a collaborative process defined by a Pre-Development Agreement (PDA). The Project seeks to improve transit options between the San Fernando Valley and the Westside, which currently faces a challenge given the natural barrier created by the Santa Monica Mountains, which separates these communities. Metro is currently evaluating alternatives for a high-quality, reliable transit service option connecting these areas through the Sepulveda Pass. The PDA process is an innovative delivery approach that allows Metro to balance mobility improvement and operational performance with delivery risk, constructability, affordability, and long-term asset performance. SHA Analytics, LLC will lead the qualitative and quantitative risk assessment to support the financial analysis of the Project, building on our prior Public-Private Partnership experience with LA Metro.
