SHA Analytics, LLC is part of the Financial Advisory teams selected by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority's (LACMTA) Office of Extraordinary Innovation (OEI) for its Public-Private Partnership (P3) Bench for Financial Advisory Services Bench for a 5-year term.
As part of the bench of qualified firms, SHA Analytics, LLC may provide OEI with services to support the identification and evaluation of projects with the potential of viable delivery though P3 contracting structures. SHA Analytics, LLC has been a member of past Metro P3 bench contracts. To-date, SHA Analytics, LLC has provided OEI with project risk analysis services to support value-for-money evaluations of project procurement models and economic analysis to evaluate unsolicited proposals.
