High Desert Corridor Joint Powers Authority (HDC JPA) – Professional Financial and Business Advisory Services

SHA Analytics, LLC is part of the team selected by the High Desert Corridor Joint Powers Authority to provide professional financial and business advisory services for the planning and development of a proposed high-speed rail connection between Southern California and Las Vegas. The scope includes support during environmental clearance, preliminary engineering, and future phases of delivery.

As part of the engagement, SHA Analytics, LLC will contribute expertise in benefit-cost analysis and risk analysis to support project evaluation, funding strategy, and procurement planning.
