SHA Analytics, LLC is part of a team selected by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for the Build America Bureau Market Demand Advisory Services on-call and Build America Bureau Technical Advisory Services on-call contracts. The Build America Bureau is an office within the U.S. Department of Transportation which administers the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) credit program and the Railroad Rehabilitation and Improvement Financing (RRIF) credit program. These programs provide direct loans, loan guarantees, and standby lines of credit to borrowers seeking to develop major surface transportation projects, railroad projects, port projects and transit-oriented development projects.
Through these procurements, the Bureau sought firms experienced in economic and market demand advisory services in the surface transportation infrastructure finance area to support its activities, as well as technical due diligence and reporting prior to financial close, monitoring and reporting post-financial close, and ongoing operational oversight and reporting.
