SHA Analytics, LLC is part of the team selected by the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) to provide Strategic Advising and Program Management Services for the new Transbay Rail Crossing Project. The new crossing will provide an additional rail connection between San Francisco and Oakland. This new crossing is a component of a long-range transportation program sponsored by BART and the Capitol Corridor Joint Powers Authority to transform the passenger rail network serving the 21-county Northern California Megaregion.
Under this contract, SHA Analytics, LLC will support strategic advising program management services to provide executive-level personnel best practices for delivering a megaproject. This work may include developing the business case, evaluating funding options, including revenue-generating opportunities, conducting benefit-cost analyses, providing risk assessment and risk management services, and supporting funding grant applications.
