SHA Analytics, LLC will assist LAWA in developing a programmatic approach to contingency budgeting that accounts for the varied nature of the individual projects within the capital budget. In addition to developing this risk-based approach, SHA Analytics, LLC will develop a capital budget contingency management tool to be used by LAWA to set initial contingency budgets and to manage contingency requirements during the implementation of the capital budget.
