Management Consultant - Risk Analysis
SHA Analytics is currently in need of a management consultant to join our risk analysis team in Los Angeles, CA. The primary duties of this position are to assist conduct qualitative and quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis of infrastructure projects including assisting in conducting in risk workshops, creating and maintaining risk registers, developing risk models, producing risk analysis results using Monte Carlo Simulation techniques and interpreting results to provide actionable recommendation to clients and developing reports and risk management plans.
This position will also entail tasks such as benefit-cost analysis, economic impact analysis, economic modeling, econometric and other statistical analysis and forecasting techniques and proposal writing. Position requires an individual with the ability to interact with clients on a regular basis. Candidates who reside locally in Los Angeles are preferred.
Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics or Policy Analysis is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred
2+ years equivalent experience with an emphasis on the application and interpretation of cost and schedule risk analysis of public infrastructure projects is required.
Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access and PPT) as well as @RISK and Visual Basic is preferred.
